I had to have two VERY large oak trees removed from my yard. Near the road, power lines on both sides. They were the most responsive, reasonable, friendly company we dealt with... And there were many. They gave us clear trustworthy advice. Provided the exact work that they said they would, when they said they would do it. They were always on time if not earlier than expected. The clean up was beyond expectation. I have nothing but great things to say 100% recommended their services.

Justin and his crew did an awesome job. They took down 19 trees all in one day. He has a great crew and they all work very well together. All 19 trees were at the back of the house and there wasn’t any room for a mistake. They made it look easy, even though it wasn’t. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal work you need done.

August 11th nothing but true professionals at work. I had a large elm removed. Justin working crane made quick work of lifting branches over our house and in dropping in front of chipper. The stump he craned had over 2,000lbs weight and his crane made it easy. I've worked with other tree companies. Trust me none absolutely none compare to expert. They truly are EXPERTS.

This group was timely, professional, and did great work very quickly. They were in and out of our tight backyard in about 2 hours to remove a large Maple, and were back the next morning to grind the stump. Would recommend their great work for a very fair price!

Expert tree solutions did an EXCELLENT 5 star job cutting our trees down. Their work was fast, precise, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the area. The reason they ended with a 3 star review is because we were verbally told that they would take care of all the root runners in our yard and haul away the stump grindings. Now, we're in a situation that feels very dishonest and we're trying to get rid of 3 trees worth of stump grindings ourselves because they "never ever ever take the mulch" and there's still plenty of roots sticking out that we'll have to dig out ourselves. Overall; they did a fantastic job and even went above the rest by OFFERING to take care of the root runners, a bonus stump in our yard, and haul away the mulch. Nobody else offered to do any of that, and expert tree at least provided SOME of what they were offering. Maybe it was all I misunderstanding, which is why I would choose the company again but I would be careful to get EVERYTHING they say in writing.

I recently moved to OH (from CA) and my home had 5 trees. We had a recent storm with strong wind approx 2 - 3 weeks ago, and one of the bushes on the side of my home uprooted and blew onto my neighbor's property. Long story short, the way the male homeowner acted (RUDE/ARROGANT), isn't something I'm going to deal with. I began a Google search for tree removal, and came across Expert Tree Solutions. I emailed them, received a call the same day, and was scheduled to have someone come out to give me an estimate. Bob came out, surveyed everything, I told him after what had happened, would he please estimate for all 5 trees, and the bushes on the side on the house. He had an estimate to me that afternoon. (BTW, Expert Tree came out, as well as city/county to ensure all main utilities were marked not just on MY property, but neighbors on both sides. And yes, Mr. Confrontational was a little miffed he had lines spray painted on his lawn, and again, confronted me over it in my garage. I was beyond happy tree removal was completed this past Tuesday (inclement weather pushed it out further), and the stump grinding done today. I would HIGHLY recommend Expert Tree Solutions and their "experts" for any tree job that a person needs. Kudos go out to Dustin for his hard work (he literally climbed a 20' Pear tree), and being concise at all that was involved in getting these trees cut down and removed. THANK YOU!!!

This company is exactly what it says it is.They are awesome in all areas I found the help, the courtesy, the efficiency , the sincere up front cost and quote , communication , and the promptness in handling the problem . My reasons for this review: I am retired with severe disabilities. I needed a bonded service with a 5 rating at a price I could afford. I called Expert Tree Service late Saturday and they responded early Monday morning. They came out 1/2 hour later, gave an estimate, called office scheduled to take fallen tree out and take down standing tree and do a cleanup They came out at 3pm. In the rain and took care of the trees and cleaned up by 4pm. Wow. Tree filled most of yard when it fell during a severe storm. Other half of 60ft tree still standing but leaning toward neighbors home Another storm coming next week. Can't say enough to express my gratitude and relief for finding this company. Called for emergency services to remove a tree that landed on our roof. Very happy with the services provided! The crew showed up in a timely manner, were quick and thorough in their removal and cleanup of our downed tree, and communicated what they were seeing as far as damages done and potential trees that would create issues in the future. Very friendly and would absolutely use their services again.

EDIT. Had a tree fall on home and found out at 6am. Once again called Justin and he answered at 6am. I was his 6th call because of storm. Justin and his crew had tree off house and cleaned up by 11am. They take pride in their work and they are simply the best at what they do. Support this small business owner. We had a tree come down in our front yard Monday evening. I called Tuesday morning at 7:30 am and had a quote by 8:00 am. We called back Wednesday morning and the tree was gone by Wednesday afternoon. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast.
